There is full access for the disabled at the surgery with all the facilities on the ground floor. There is a hearing loop system available at the surgery. Any member of staff will be happy to assist - please ask.

When We Are Closed
Please only call out of hours if it is an emergency.
When you telephone 01277 212820 you will be put through to the out-of-hours service.
Out-of-hours services run out of Brentwood Community Hospital during the weekend and from Basildon and Thurrock Hospitals during weekday evenings and at night. These are run by GPs and they generally have access to patient records.
If you have an emergency but not bad enough for 999 please call 111 freephone from landline and mobiles.
You can use NHS 111 online 111.nhs.uk. 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
