Patient Notice: DR WOOLTERTON has retired from Beechwood Surgery from 30th April 2017.

STAFF TRAINING: 26TH APRIL - FROM 11.30 - 2.30PM, due to shortness of staff, we will aim to deal with patients as quickly as possible.

STAFF TRAINING:- The Surgery will be closed from 1pm in the afternoon on the following dates: -

If you need an emergency appointment during this time, please call the Out of Hours Service on 111 who will arrange a GP appointment at a local surgery.

Wednesday 8th March 2017 - Phone Outage

There is currently a phone outage and patients are unable to call the surgery.  Please get in touch by using  the ON-LINE CONSULTATION FORM and a doctor will look at your issue from 12 o'clock onwards and contact you as soon as possible.  We sincerely apologise for all the problems this is causing. An engineer will be resolving this issue as soon as possible.  Once again we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

February 2017 - We had 160 missed appointments  Please remember to cancel your appointment so another patient can be seen.  The average cost of a missed appointment is £35.

There is full access for the disabled at the surgery with all the facilities on the ground floor. There is a hearing loop system available at the surgery. Any member of staff will be happy to assist - please ask.
