You may request a repeat prescription by:
- Using the link at the bottom of our Home Page
We do not accept telephone requests as errors could easily be made.
Your prescription may take up to 72 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). A full policy is available from the Practice Manager on request.
If you have lost your repeat request counterfoil please write your name and address and the name of your medication on a piece of paper and place this in the box on the reception desk in the usual way. You must always allow at least 2 working days for your prescription to be processed and longer at busy times such as Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays.
If you leave your request on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning it may not be ready for collection until Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday.

- Received Wednesday - Collect Friday
- Received Thursday - Collect Monday
- Received Friday - Collect Tuesday
- Received Saturday/Sunday - Collect Wednesday
Please be advised when an URGENT prescription is received into the surgery it is not always possible for same day collection.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
